Law & order SVU: man killed in prison at end of episode?

Now don't get me wrong it could have been a criminal intent episode but I remember that detective tutuola was talking to a black man in handcuffs and he was making idle threats as to the safety of his witness if he was in jail; that he wouldnt be able to protect her if he were in jail and couldn'tguarantee her safety. At the end of the episode the guards are leading him handcuffed down a hallway and they walk off. A hooded man runs up, shanks th guy 5 or 6 ties then walks away. All this is caught on a security camera. I think the guy who shanked him walks out and lifts up his hood once he;s clear of the building. I dont now if it later turns out to be his son played by a rapper/ actor or if it was someone else. I don't know the name or season of this episode but if anyone finds out,please tell me the season and episode number. I have Netflix and am currently lookin through Ice T's appearances on IMDB to try to find it. An answer would be appreciated.
