Pointe shoe brand sasha or grishko?

I wear Gaynor Minden pointe shoes but those are very expensive so most people don't want to spend $100 on them but they aren't wood based like most pointe shoes so they will never break down. They will be the same hardness for as long as you have them. Bloch (sp?) pointe shoes have VERY hard shanks, unless you're very very strong I do not recommend them. But go to a dance shop & get fitted, or ask your pointe teacher which shoe they think is best for you. They should be able to tell you what you want to look for. best wishes on finding the perfect shoes! it's a long & painful process.
