What kind of Grishko Pointe shoes should I get?

I was interested in Grishko for pointe shoes and, as a guide, was wondering what style to get. I have a medium profiled, medium arched, 25-25.5cm in size, and somewhat tapered foot. I also need to be able to easily get up on the box and easily roll through demi-pointe to pointe. I would also like the shoe, if possible, to highlight my medium arch (dreaming of a nice arch one day, still working on it!). So what style/size/hardness of shank should I get? Thanks for the help!
