Word puzzle question about a city?

Can anyone name a city in either Georgia or South Carolina that is three words total (none of the words are less than two letters) and the last letter of the third word is a d. A reference for the name of the place is a body part but that is not one of the words. HELP. - Ali D. Meep :) O_o
