How do you do this language setting on facebook?

i saw this on a picture of someones facebook. ((on unfriendable)) and instead of "like" it said "<3" and instead of "2 minutes ago" it said "2 mins b4" or whatever. and yeah, i looked at all the facebook language settings, ((mine was on pirate before [: )) and i couldn't find anything. so do you know what it's called & if it's on the regular "language" list on facebook? shanks [:
