Toradora! Question: In the beginning of Episode 20, what is it that Taiga asks Kitamura at the shrine?

It's also referenced later after Takasu saves Taiga in the blizzard and asks Kitamura to keep it a secret from her. It seemed pretty important & wasn't explained later, so I was wondering what happened? :O
