Question about a 17 year old trying to get a job ?

Okay so i had an interview with this restaurant and they said all I have to do is get them a letter of recommendation and a reference number, so I got that to her this was on monday and she said she'll check with my reference. This was monday, its thursday and still no call back, so i was wondering is it okay to call her back today or should I just wait. Thanks
